57Fe Mössbauer effect study has been performed on intercalated compound 2H?Fe0.5TaSe2 over a temperature range between 14K and 500K. The highly concentrated intercalation samples 2H?FexTaSe2 with Fe atoms (x up to 2) are prepared by the electrochemical method for the first time. The Mössbauer measurement shows that iron is in Fe3+ high spin state and with the same probability occupies both octahedral and tetrahedral interstices of the Van der Waals gap. The fact that effective masses of iron ions in both sites are close to 57 amu and characteristic temperatures (ΘM =130K, 107K respectively) are found to be relatively small is attributed to the weak forces on Fe3+.  相似文献

An X-ray preionized, discharge-pumped XeCl laser with a variable beam cross-section of up to 6×6 cm2 is described. It uses flat electrodes and the beam width is determined by X-ray collimation. Its operation characteristics concerning reduced electric field strength (E/p) and X-ray dose are discussed in detail. The inductance of the discharge loop is minimized using a water capacitor arrangement. A very high specific optical power (90 MW/l) is achieved in an active volume of 1.2 l. The pulse energy exceeds 5 J in a 45 ns pulse (FWHM). <正> 稀土催化聚合双烯烃的研究表明,不同稀土元素的催化活性极不一样,对此虽有不同的解释,但通常公认Sm、Eu等活性骤低,可归之于它们在制备催化剂过程中极易被烷基铝从三价还原到二价,又根据大部分具活性的其它稀土元素在催化体系中总是三价的事实,进而推断:只有在体系中能保持三价的稀土化合物方有产生活性的可能,二价化合物则不具活性。然而,由于二价稀土化合物,特别是除Sm、Eu之外的二价化合物难以制得,迄今为止并无直接的实验事实来判断这些推断是否正确。  相似文献

质谱技术研究儿茶素及儿茶素-锗多聚体特性   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
采用HPLC-ESI-Q-TOF和MALD I-TOF质谱技术分析儿茶素组成与结构,发现儿茶素中的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)具有多聚体特性。有机化学法合成EGCG-Ge4 化合物,并经HPLC进一步分离纯化。红外光谱和质谱技术分析并证实EGCG不仅能形成多聚体,而且还能络合金属锗(包括其他金属离子),成为EGCG-Ge4 和EGCG-Ge4 多聚体。EGCG-Ge4 抑制肺癌细胞生长速率明显高于EGCG,其提高幅度约为30%~40%左右。  相似文献

采用平面波超软赝势描述多电子体系,利用密度泛函理论和广义梯度近似,计算出C54相和C49相TiSi2的晶格常数、体弹性模量、形成能、电子态密度(DOS)和Mulliken电荷布居等性质.通过比较这两种物质的性质,发现尽管两者形成能很相近,但C49相结构对称性差、体弹性模量小、熔点低,Ti原子d轨道的反键强、离子性弱.这些性质上的差异和C49相TiSi2在固相反应中优先形成有关.  相似文献

Three new 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives, i.e. 5-[(4-styryl-benzylidene)-amino]-quinolin-8-ol (1), 5-[(4-bromo-2-fluoro-benzylidene)-amino]-quinoline-8-ol (2) and 2-[2-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-2yl)-vinyl]-quinolin-8-ol (3), and their metallic complexes were synthesized and identified by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), mass spectrometry (MS) spectra and elemental analyses. Their fluorescence properties were studied by photoluminescence, which indicated that the luminescence wavelength of 5-and 2-substitued-8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives shifted to red in comparison with that of 8-hydroxyquinoline. CE conditions for monitoring the unsaturated disaccharides of hyaluronic acid (di-HA) and chondroitin sulfate (di-CS) using an alkaline tetraborate buffer, electrokinetic sample injection, and UV absorption detection at 232 nm are reported. Separations were performed in an uncoated fused-silica capillary having reversed polarity and reversed electroosmosis generated with the addition of CTAB to the buffer. The influence of various separation parameters, including the concentration of CTAB, buffer pH, concentration of tetraborate, and applied voltage, on the resolution of the two disaccharides was investigated. Baseline separation was obtained with 25 mM tetraborate at pH 10.0 and having 0.05 mM CTAB. Chloride and phosphate in the sample are beneficial for the stacking of the disaccharides, with di-HA forming a much sharper peak than di-CS. Using samples prepared in 25 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) and electrokinetic injection at the cathode at -10 kV for 40 s, linear relationships between the corrected peak area and the concentration of the disaccharides have been found in the ranges of 1.0-400.0 and 0.1-1.0 microg/mL (0.2-1.0 microg/mL for di-CS), with correlation coefficients being >0.9933 in all cases. The RSDs of detection times and corrected peak areas were between 1.13-1.24 and 1.57-2.13%, respectively. Applied to human serum samples that were prepared by ethanol precipitation and depolymerization of the two polysaccharides with chondroitinase ABC reveals comigration of endogenous compounds with di-HA and a sample-dependent detection time. The di-HA content in the serum sample can be estimated via subtraction of the blank peak that is obtained without enzymatic hydrolysis.  相似文献

We report on the bulk and surface properties of dispersions consisting of nonstoichiometric polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) nanoparticles. PEC nanoparticles were prepared by mixing poly(l-lysine) (PLL) or poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) with poly(maleic acid-co-alpha-methylstyrene) (PMA-MS) or poly(maleic acid-co-propylene) (PMA-P). The monomolar mixing ratio was n-/n+ = 0.6, and the concentration ranged from 1 to 6 mmol/L. Subsequent centrifugation enabled the separation of the excess polycation, resulting in a stable coacervate phase further used in the experiments. The bulk phase parameters turbidity and hydrodynamic radius (R(h)) of the PEC nanoparticles showed a linear dependence on the total polymer content independently of the mixed polyelectrolytes. This can be interpreted by the increased collision probability of the polyelectrolyte chains when the overlap concentration is approached or exceeded. Different morphologies of the cationic PEC nanoparticles, which were solution-cast onto Si supports, were obtained by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The combinations of PLL/PMA-MS and PDADMAC/PMA-MS revealed more or less hemispherical particle shapes, whereas that of PLL/PMA-P revealed an elongated needlelike particle shape. Circular dichroism and attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) measurements proved the alpha-helical conformation for the PEC PLL/PMA-P and the random coil conformation for the PEC PLL/PMA-MS. We conclude that stiff alpha-helical PLL induces anisotropic elongated PEC nanoparticles, whereas randomly coiled PLL forms isotropic spherical PEC nanoparticles.  相似文献
